First up is Spectra Yoga at 2701 Harbor Blvd. In addition to offering your standard meditation classes, Spectra offers a selection of specialized classes. For instance, Yogalates. Combining Pilates into the mix, these classes are great for toning. Then there are their Acroyoga classes. A dynamic class that brings together acrobatics, yoga, and Thai massage, this particular style allows you to learn partner work. We provide classes every so often and you are able to have your own private session as well. The indoor/outdoor area of the Fitness Center is also a great space to stretch while enjoying the sunshine.
